Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) are an agreement between you and Edge Matrix Studio, a mysovi.ai service (EMS, we, us). By creating an account, connecting a social account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Operator: Edge Matrix Studio, a mysovi.ai service

1. The service

EMS provides tools for creating, organizing, scheduling, and publishing media. Features may include AI-assisted generation, media storage, team workflows, analytics, and connections to third-party platforms.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Platform integrations depend on third-party APIs, permissions, quotas, review status, and availability, and are not guaranteed to remain available.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized access, and all activity under your account.

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must protect login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and the terms, developer policies, community rules, advertising rules, music rules, disclosure requirements, and rate limits of every connected platform.

You may not use EMS to violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, election, child-safety, or other rights; distribute malware or deceptive content; impersonate others; evade platform enforcement; scrape or resell platform data; artificially inflate engagement; or publish content you are not authorized to publish.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output, disclosures, captions, audience settings, and the final post before publication.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform actions you request.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed for your content and instructions, including for people, brands, music, footage, and datasets appearing in them. We do not acquire ownership of your connected social accounts or posts.

5. Social-platform connections and publishing

When you choose Connect or Publish, you instruct EMS to communicate with the selected platform using the permissions shown on that platform's consent screen. EMS will not publish without an authenticated user action, an approved team workflow, or a schedule you configured.

You can revoke platform access from EMS or from the platform's account settings. Revocation may prevent pending posts and analytics synchronization. A platform may review, delay, restrict, reject, remove, or otherwise act on any post under its own rules.

TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Meta/Instagram are independent third parties. EMS is not endorsed by or affiliated with them merely because an integration is available. TikTok content posting, YouTube uploads (including videos eligible for Shorts treatment), and Instagram publishing remain subject to each platform's current eligibility and review requirements.

6. Service plans and fees

Some features may require paid credits, subscriptions, or third-party charges. Prices and limits shown at the time of use apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, consumed compute, generation, storage, and third-party usage are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using EMS at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal obligations, prevent abuse, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms or platform rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, approval by a third-party platform, any level of reach or engagement, preservation of every draft, or that AI-assisted output will be accurate, lawful, or suitable for your purpose.

Nothing in EMS is legal, financial, advertising, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, loss of goodwill, or platform action arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer protections and the laws that cannot be excluded in your place of residence continue to apply.
