This Platform Compliance Disclaimer (Disclaimer) defines the legal boundaries, account authorization requirements, and compliance obligations for Edge Matrix Studio, a mysovi.ai service (EMS, we, us).
1. Strict BYO Policy & Zero Tolerance for Account Trading
【FORMAL COMPLIANCE STATEMENT】: EMS strictly adheres to a Bring-Your-Own-Account (BYO) model using official platform OAuth 2.0 / Open API authorizations. All social media accounts connected to EMS (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) must be owned or legitimately managed by the customer and authorized directly through official platform consent screens.
EMS strictly prohibits and does NOT engage in batch account creation, account buying, selling, leasing, or grey-market account provisioning. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have lawful ownership or express authorization for all connected social accounts.
2. Account Control & Risk Isolation
Customers retain full, exclusive control over their social accounts and may revoke platform authorization at any time in EMS or directly within third-party platform security settings.
Third-party social platforms enforce independent moderation rules and risk algorithms. EMS is not liable for account suspensions, shadowbanning, feature restrictions, or enforcement actions resulting from customer account history, content policy violations, or third-party platform policy shifts.
3. Content & Copyright Responsibility
Customers must ensure that all prompts, text, images, audio, voice clones, music tracks (BGM), and uploaded or generated media comply with intellectual property laws, publicity rights, music licensing, and applicable advertising regulations.
EMS operates as an automated software tool and media processing workstation. EMS does not pre-screen or own user content. Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output, captions, audience parameters, and copyright clearance prior to publication.
4. AIGC Disclosures & Platform Compliance
Customers must comply with mandatory AI-Generated Content (AIGC) labeling and disclosure requirements enforced by TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and other connected platforms.
EMS supports automated AIGC disclosure flags in publishing API payloads where available. Customers shall not use EMS to generate or distribute deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content.
5. Disclaimers on Reach, Anti-Ban & Performance
EMS makes no warranties or guarantees regarding video views, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth, or immunity from third-party platform moderation.
This Disclaimer is an integral part of the Terms of Service. Continued use of EMS constitutes full acceptance of this Disclaimer.
